What has been conspicuously absent from Balsam Mountain Preserve is a meeting place for neighbors to exchange information and ideas about our community without a marketing focus. In addition to a community directory, here you'll find discussion forums to exchange information about repairmen, gardening tips, favorite restaurants, and whatever else you wish to talk about. We'll also do our best (with your assistance) to maintain an accurate listing of upcoming events. For those that want to write more thorough pieces on a particular topic, try your hand at the blog by clicking on News above. And, of course, there's a place to share your favorite Balsam photos. So... here it is. Please register and chime in. It's free and available only to Balsam property owners. The real key to a terrific site like this is P-A-R-T-I-C-I-P-A-T-I-O-N.
